第一幕:独立电影的筹资困境

独立电影一直是电影行业中最具创造力的部分,但也是最缺乏资金的部分。传统上,独立电影通过电影节、政府资助、私人投资、众筹平台(如Kickstarter)来筹集资金。但这些方式都有问题:申请流程复杂、资金到账缓慢、中间人抽成高、投资者退出困难。

链上众筹正在改变这种格局。Juicebox、Mirror.xyz、Crowdfund等Web3众筹平台让创作者可以直接从社区筹集资金,通过智能合约自动分配资金,通过Token化赋予投资者流动性。

在链上众筹中,投资者的资金被Token化为项目代币。这些代币代表了对项目的所有权或收益权,可以在二级市场交易。投资者不再是"捐赠者",而是"利益相关者"。

传统众筹的资金流向不透明——你捐了钱,但不知道钱花在哪里。链上众筹的所有资金流动都在链上记录——每一笔支出、每一次转账、每一分钱的使用都可以被任何人验证。
